Michael had just purchased his new home in Marlboro, NY when he learned the roof was 25 years old. Wanting to start fresh and protect his investment, he knew a roof replacement was a priority. As shown in the before photos, the original shingles were heavily weathered and covered in moss. Clear signs that the roof had seen better days. Our crew stripped away the old shingles, replaced any damaged plywood, and installed the full Klaus Roofing System, including SealoronXT Deck Tape, SealoronXT Ice & Water, and VeloraOne Roof Underlayment for full protection.
