We installed ProVia windows throughout, including a 2-lite casement in the master bedroom, a 3-lite casement in his son’s room, another 3-lite casement on the main floor, and a 2-lite casement in the office. For a custom finish, James requested the exterior of the windows to be painted in Benjamin Moore Georgetown Grey Solid Stain, giving his home a sharp, personalized look. With these new windows, James can enjoy better energy efficiency and a fresh new style.

He didn’t want to replace the entire roof again, but he needed a lasting fix for the problem areas. Our team removed the existing porch roof to address the issue properly and replaced the head wall flashing where the porch meets the house. We then installed new IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black, ensuring the connection between the porch and main roof was watertight and built to last.
