This ranch-style, single family home in Oakdale, CT was due for a full roof replacement. To start, we tore off one layer of existing roofing materials and disposed of them properly. We then located 5 damaged sheets of plywood decking, which we then removed and replaced. To weather proof their new roof, we installed two rows of Ice & Water Barrier as well as a layer of Synthetic Underlayment to help repel water.
