We removed the old roofing materials and assessed the decking beneath, replacing any weakened or damaged boards to ensure a strong foundation. Then, we applied our industry-leading protective layers: SealoronXT Ice & Water, VeloraOne Roof Underlayment, and DeckTape. These layers are designed to protect vulnerable areas and provide a watertight seal, particularly in transition zones like David’s, where leaks are most likely to occur. For the new shingles, the IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Brownstone, which come with a 130MPH wind warranty and are algae-resistant, give David peace of mind against weather damage and premature aging. In addition, we installed a specialized flat roofing Polyglass roof membrane on the flatter section, designed to withstand water pooling and keep water out.

This attractive Enfield, CT home built in 1999 was in desperate need for a roof replacement. Klaus Larsen Roofing started by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing all damaged plywood decking.
