When you suffer from water infiltration in your basement, always check whether your sump pump is working efficiently.

The TripleSafe sump pump, such as the one installed in our client’s basement in Trois-Rives, is designed to protect you from any problems that might occur with standard sump pumps.  As well as an alarm to alert your attention to any problems, it also uses a specially designed Ultra Sump battery (not an automobile or marine battery) and another pump to backup the primary pump. This ensures the TripleSafe sump pump continues to work even in case of a power failure or pump malfunction.

Facing an alarming vertical crack inside the basement, the homeowner in Saint-Damase seeked our help. Our specialist explained in details how this cracks is driving water infiltration inside the basement, and thus increase humidity levels which will deteriorate the quality of air inside the house. 

As a remedy, we installed our revolutionary FlexiSpan system including a polyurethane-based sealing with a second membrane that will cover the crack and push any escaping water infiltration to the drainage system.

Faced with persistent humidity and dampness in their Bromont basement, this homeowner dealt with ongoing water infiltration issues, affecting the space's utility and safety. To tackle this challenge, we implemented our specialized WaterGuard perimeter drainage system, complemented by the powerful TripleSafe Sump Pump System and the reliable IceGuard discharge line. This layered, all-encompassing approach successfully directs unwelcome water away, safeguarding the structure as shown in the after photo. The basement is now perfectly equipped to remain dry throughout the year, increasing the home's long-term usability and structural integrity.

Here, the problem was obvious from the very first rains: water seeping in at the base of the walls, a floor that was often damp, and a lingering odor throughout the basement. Over time, the moisture also began to leave visible marks, making the space unpleasant and difficult to use.

The solution was designed to manage water directly at the source. A WaterGuard system was installed along the foundation to intercept water before it spreads into the basement. The entire system is connected to a SuperSump sump pump, which ensures continuous and efficient drainage to the outside.

Today, the space is completely dry and much healthier. A reliable solution that prevents water accumulation, controls humidity, and protects the basement in the long term.

There was a very high level of humidity in this basement in Sutton. The problem with stone walls is that they are more conducive to water infiltration, as there are many cracks and spaces between the stones which allow water, humidity and cold to enter the basement.

To remedy this situation, we installed our patented TripleSafe sump pump system which removes water from the ground. It is our most efficient system and is equipped with 3 pumps; a main pump, an alternative and a battery. Next, we installed our patented WaterGuard interior drainage system. In this way the water which passes through the wall or which comes from the ground is directed directly towards the TripleSafe pump which will expel it outside the house. Finally, we insulated the walls with our superior Foamax insulation which gives a clear and clean appearance to the basement.
