FloodRing is a product that is easily installed around the water heater. It is a 4-inch high ring sealed to the floor that will contain any leaking water and redirect it to the drain.

This product is not very expensive and easy to install when installing your indoor drain system. This is especially beneficial because the water heater must be changed often during the life of the house, and often when it starts to sink it can be time to change it.

A homeowner in Fortierville, Quebec was facing water infiltration in his basement due to hydrostatic pressure under his house pushing water through the joints. Our thorough inspection confirmed the issue. As a remedy, we installed the WaterGuard interior drainage system to capture water before it reached the interior.
