The problem

Ms. Lauzé had problems with water infiltration in her basement that had entered through the joint between the footing and the foundation walls. This had created mold and completely damaged her floor.

The solution

Install a WaterGuard interior foundation drain all along the foundation walls. The WaterGuard sits directly on the footing and collects water from the joint and walls to direct it to the existing sump pump system.
