One of our Richelieu clients had a lot of moisture problem. The humidity was very high, the moist air was cold and favorable to the growth of the molds. To eliminate the problem, we installed a sump pump system in a sealed liner to allow water to enter the well without the water evaporating and moistening the space with infected vapors.

Our client Mrs. Lucie, was not able to tolerate the water that was seeping in with each thaw in her basement and wanted a permanent solution.

Our SuperSump can help to keep the basement dry by discharging the internal drain, and lowering the water level in the soil under the slab.

In the basement of our house, which is a construction dating from 1954, there is a hole about 30 cm in diameter. There is always water in the hole. When it rains a lot or when the snow melts, the water level rises and humidifies the surroundings, but nothing more. This hole was there when we bought the house 16 years ago.
