After being flooded many times, our clients in Oka decided to waterproof their basement the best way, once and for all.  
Since one of the main problems was the inadequate sump pump system and their proximity to the Lake of Two Mountains, we installed 2 of our TripleSafe sump pump systems.

TripleSafe is the award winning sump pump system that comes with 2 main iron cast pumps as well as a backup Ultrasump pump which starts in cases such as an electrical outage. 

This old sump pump was not working efficiently, so our client  looked online and discovered our TripleSafe sump pump. She called us to have it installed in her home. The TripleSafe, has 3 pumps in a single uni and has an alarm system that will alert you when your pump is functioning on a battery. No water will leak into your home no matter the weather. 

Our Customer’s sump pump was making too many noises all the time, and used to clog a lot! So when Vivian in Hudson called us asking for our help, we told her that it most likely means that there is a problem with the motor, and it needs to be replaced since it was very old and proved to be inefficient!

We replaced this pedestal sump pump with our SuperSump pump system, which is very effective, and capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head out of your basement.

Thanks to our SuperSump pump, our client’s basement is always dry!

The 3 most common sump pump problems are: the pump breaks down and stops working, the pump cannot keep up with the fast flow and cannot pump too much water or the house suffered a power failure and the pump stops working.

The first one operates under normal conditions, the second one starts when the first one cannot follow the flow and volume, and the last one is a booster pump which starts on a battery during a power failure! Our client was having problems with his wet soil due to infiltration of water at the joints of the wall-soles.

We have waterproofed this house in Sainte-Adele, insulated it and encapsulated it!
