We had French drains and a sump pump system installed. The crew was very polite and skilled. We were so impressed with how well they knew their jobs. They finished ahead of schedule which was a major plus.

I’ve had the Basement System for just about 15 years when the pump finally had an issue. Justin from Quality 1st was able to respond within a few hours. He replaced the entire pump system with the battery backup in about an hour and cleaned up as well. So, in the middle of the rain for 2 straight days, my system worked flawlessly, and then when it had a mechanical failure, Quality 1st stepped up and saved my basement from flooding for sure. In May of 2018 Quality 1st installed french drain in our basement. Since then and especially now, with Hurricane IDA, we had had not a drop of water in our basement. Had a very positive experience with this company starting from the first person who received my call (actually only call). First, an estimator was scheduled to come in four weeks and after finding out about my deadline, the estimator was scheduled within a week. Jay came to my home on time, knew exactly what needed to be done, and gave an estimate on the spot. I did not shop for the price as the estimate was at least 70% below my expectation. Jay was able to schedule the work the very next day !!!! Both Zack Juarez and Luis Aguirre who came to my home to do the work are professionals and easy to work with... Work is done on time and quality and interaction were extremely pleasant plus I have a five-year warranty on the work.
