Our annual maintenance on the sump pump was done by service tech Rachael. They sent us an advance e-mail with Rachael's work bio. Rachael called the day of the service and updated us on the status of her arrival. Rachael completed the work and left our basement in great condition. No dirt or water. This is why we always have this company and we have recommended them to family and friends.

We had Quality First basements encapsulate our crawlspace and install a dehumidifier. We've had the system for a few years now and we're very pleased. The install went very well, the technicians were very pleasant, professional, and on time. Each year they come out to check on things to ensure the system is performing as intended.Just this past week John, the service technician, came out to perform the annual check.He called when he was approximately 30 minutes away, arrived on time, wore protective footwear so as not to mark up the carpet. He was very pleasant to deal with and provided a very professional appearance.He spent about 30-40 minutes checking things out; cleaned out the sump area for the dehumidifier, changed a filter, and did an overall check of the system.I would recommend this company to anyone who is considering their services.

Quality 1st Basement Systems did a fabulous job in my crawl space. My HVAC guys are thoroughly impressed with how nice and dry it is and has no mildew smell. Crawl space is fully encapsulated, with 2 sump pumps and a heavy duty dehumidifier. Juan and his crew of four were great, everything was cleaned up and removed from my property.. highly recommended Sales guy Joe, Juan and his team! 

The waterproof lining and dehumidification system in my crawlspace works well and is clean and safe. Randy and his trainee Mike recently did my annual maintenance. They stayed in clear communication about the schedule, and they arrived on time.  They worked quickly and professionally on the maintenance tasks, including fixing a leak in a pvc elbow. Randy noticed a slow leak on my water pump, even though this is not part of the dehumidification system.  I was able to have it repaired by someone else before it became a much bigger problem.  Thank you to this wonderful team!

He was excellent in answering our questions, being patient with us and telling us exactly what to expect when the crew came to do our mold remediation and installation of the basement dry system (trench and Sani-dry_dehumidifier. We found him to be an excellent, respectful professional who was obviously knowledgeable about what Basement Systems could do. He was very honest, telling us exactly how much the cost would be and giving suggestions along the way. He was patient with all of our questions and never rushed us into a decision. They missed some mold on the rafters but when asked about it, quickly fixed it. They were very hard working and respectful. He was willing to answer our questions even though he was very busy. He came later to install our Sani-dry and to fix the newly installed windows. He was able to discern the problem, fix it and show us what was wrong. He too was excellent at what he was doing, very respectful and patient as we asked questions. The information available on your website was so helpful and full of detail about basement problems and why your company can fix them. The books you offered for free were outstanding in their explanations. The company stood out way above any others on the web. But the clincher in choosing your company was the helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and honest young man you sent out as our inspector.
