One guy from the team came out to assess the issue. He determined that the concrete needed to be removed to place a larger tube and would take 2-3 hrs and he was prepared to complete the job that day. Our basement was a mess and we were referred to this company. Working with them has been a pleasure. I mainly worked with Frank and Ian who went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. Their expertise in waterproofing and making sure everything is what the client wants is commendable. I can't emphasize enough how professional and NICE they both are. Frank and Ian are the BEST!! You are lucky to have them as employees.
