I first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems because I had a partially finished basement, and there were some holes in the walls that allowed water to come in. I was very happy with how easy it was to call  in, and set up an appointment. When the salesman Nick came out he had a very good sales presentation, and knew how to solve my problem. When the installation crew lead by Mr. Cordoza came out, they were extremely efficient, neat and professional. I am very satisfied with the work that was done, and I would definitely recommend Quality 1st Basement Systems to anyone who is thinking about getting work done.
