I must say right from the first meeting with my Systems Designer Joe until yesterday when I saw Eric's crew vacuum the steps they used to get to our basement in the church I am extremely impressed. At my age I have dealt with a lot of service companies but none with the quality your company offers. All too often after the sale is made and the homeowner is left to deal with the crew that does the grunt work that is about what you get, a crew that does the grunt work with no ability to deal with the customer. NOT SO with Eric's crew They were polite, eager to please and neat. They explained everything and did everything I asked. They even picked up some branches I had trimmed and took them away without being asked. I first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems because I had a partially finished basement, and there were some holes in the walls that allowed water to come in. I was very happy with how easy it was to call  in, and set up an appointment. When the salesman Nick came out he had a very good sales presentation, and knew how to solve my problem. When the installation crew lead by Mr. Cordoza came out, they were extremely efficient, neat and professional. I am very satisfied with the work that was done, and I would definitely recommend Quality 1st Basement Systems to anyone who is thinking about getting work done.

Steve Bracall and his crew installed a Water Guard system for us last week and did an outstanding job. Steve was knowledgeable and showed expertise throughout the course of the job. The crew arrived each day prepared to work. They worked the entire time they were scheduled to be at our home.
