From the beginning I met with the salesman who was very knowledgeable and respect and thorough in evaluating the problem that we had for years in the basement . We went with the high-tech humidifier that they have and boy what a difference it is making with the moisture problem we had for all these years In our basement . And the installation crew was fabulous very knowledgeable very respectful they put the little booties on their feet to keep the rug from getting all dirty and they were in and out in primetime they were on time couldn't say enough about the crew . Also got a follow up call from the owner which I thought was very personal . I would recommend this company to anybody.

Very well taken care of, Any questions were answered. Computer generated quote on the spot. rom my first cold call to your office,, the entire process was well explained and organized, I didn't feel a need to look elsewhere. I might get something cheaper,, but,, do I WANT something cheaper? I own a lot of things I could buy a cheaper version of..... seldom the lower price is worth paying for. Got a quote that day - felt comfortable enough,, paid the down payment at the same time. The job was quickly scheduled.

Everything went seamless for me-- the crew showed up on time, got to work and I didn't have to do anything... Notifications mostly-- reminders of the upcoming work. Always better to get them even if I remember... I had NO clue. Everything was explained- any questions answered. Hard working guys, stayed at it getting everything done, got everything prepared then installed and finally cleaned up.. Pretty sure I couldn't get the same thing done by anyone else, pieces and parts, maybe, but the complete job, one source. Perfect.
