During annual maintenance, at this Keansburg, NJ home, Service Technician Nelson removed the airtight lid to access the cast iron 1/3 hp Zoeller for cleaning. Once all components were checked, cleaned, and/or replaced, the liner was cleaned and sanitized before the pump system was reassembled. We discovered the crawl space beams were no longer enough support for the floor joist causing the floor to sag. We recommended our SmartJack Crawl Space Stabilizers to add additional support to the crawl space beams and floor joist for stabilization.
