3 Egress Windows Installed In Joppa, MD

This customer had a finished basement that had 3 bedrooms, but before these bedrooms could become livable spaces, there needed to be an emergency exit in play. The customer reached out to us to install 3 Egress windows, one in each of the bedrooms. Egress windows are not only good for a quick and safe way to exit the basement in case of an emergency, but these windows also allow in a lot of natural light, making the bedroom brighter, causing you to use less electric via having the light on during the day.

The customer chose to have 3, Slider Egress Windows with Rockwells and Rockwell Covers installed along with WellDucts that would tie in to the current waterproofing system.

Basement Waterproofing in Joppa, MD

This customer contacted us due to the wet basement smell soon after he purchased the home. We had our inspector go out to evaluate the basement and he found hairline cracks in foundation walls where water was coming through. We solved this by installing WaterGuard around the perimeter to keep the basement dry and Carbon Armor to reinforce the wall. Afterwards, we installed our CleanSpace Vapor barrier to prevent future wall seepage and leaks. The white poly surface also eliminates the need to paint basement walls, providing a bright and stain-resistant finish.

TrenchDrain in Carney, MD

This new homeowner needed help with the basement door entry and had a lot of water at the bottom of the stairwell during heavy rain. We installed our TrenchDrain to prevent flooding at the basement door and redirects any future water to our WaterGuard drainage system that connects to the sump.

LawnScape Well in Joppa, MD

At this home, we installed our LawnScape Well discharge line, which is an outlet system that attaches to our SumpPump line from inside the home. We create a trench where the line will be installed and fit into place. The discharge line runs underground to the back of the home, which is designed to protect the line from discharged water and is made to blend in with the landscape preventing any type of stumbling hazard.
