This Garfield home's basement would leak during rain storms. The homeowner could see that it seemed like the water was entering through the foundation. Upon inspection, it was determined that ground water seepage was causing the flooding and water vapor entering through the walls was causing the space to be damp. CleanSpace basement waterproofing liners were installed to prevent the water vapor from entering the basement and allowed water to drain behind the liner to the WaterGuard drainage system to keep this basement dry!
