In Old Bridge, NJ, a homeowner reached out to us after dealing with water intrusion in their basement every time it rained. The water was entering where the floor and walls met, creating a damp, musty environment and raising concerns about mold and long-term damage. After a thorough inspection, our System Design Specialist recommended a three-part solution. We installed the WaterGuard interior drainage system along the perimeter of the basement to collect any seepage and direct it away. That water was then routed to a SuperSump system, a powerful and efficient sump pump that ensures reliable removal even during heavy storms. To improve both the appearance and energy efficiency of the space, we finished the project by installing Foamax wall panels, rigid, insulated panels that reflect heat and resist moisture.
