Check out this sump pump installation our team did for a homeowner in  Montclair, NJ  who was looking for a permanent way to keep their basement dry. A French drain system is installed above the footing of the foundation where its connected into the sump pump liner. As water seeps in, the WaterGuard French Drain system collects and directs water straight to the TripleSafe. WaterGuard is covered with stone and cement to ensure the system is covered, sealed and allows the homeowner to install flooring in the future. New homeowner in Barnegat noticed that there was mold in his crawl space. Mold grows in humid environments, and humidity is caused by water. To prevent water from entering this crawl space, CleanSpace wall liners were installed. A SaniDry CX Crawl Space Dehumidifier was put in place to remove any and all moisture from the air preventing future mold growth.

A below ground level crawl space entrance was causing issues for this Barnegat crawl space. Entrances that are below ground level collect water which can leak into the crawl space causing humidity. The Turtl access well is clean, dry, secure and lockable. It creates a much healthier crawl space in this home!
