This homeowner had a concrete basement floor. Concrete is porous which means water can travel through it causing humidity in the basement. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed ThermalDry flooring. ThermalDry in Parquet gives the basement the look of hardwood floors without the risks of putting wood floors in a basement. Wood floors absorb water water from the concrete slab and swell, get moldy, and rot.

The basement of this home in Little Falls was beginning to show signs of mold. The basement had a musty smell all of the time. The homeowners wanted to prevent any future mold growth. Quality 1st Basement Systems inspected the home and determined that the basement environment was the perfect place for mold to grow and needed to be repaired. The installation team installed WaterGuard basement waterproofing system around the perimeter of the basement which connected to the SuperSump sump pump with a running SaniDry dehumidifier. This system has taken care of the moisture in the basement, and the homeowners no longer worry about mold growing in their basement!

This homeowner in Little Falls, NJ wanted the security of a well-protected basement. Basement Design Specialist Greg Louis suggested the TripleSafe Sump Pump System and WaterGuard, designed to provide excellent defense against water intrusion.  Foreman Mario Barron and his crew installed the system which includes an efficient primary pump, a back-up pump (in case the first one fails or if there is a need for extra pumping power), and a third battery-operated pump (designed to kick in if the power goes out). Additionally, BrightWall was installed to provide a cleaner, brighter appearance.

This Woodland Park, NJ Basement area flooded creating damage to the drywall.
