This homeowner in Roselle, New Jersey was experiencing a failing sump pump system which resulted in dampness in he basement. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Dane Cuccinello recommended the SuperSump Pump System to prevent water seepage. SuperSump is engineered to keep the basement dry and healthy for long periods of time, even during heavy rainfall. Our foreman also installed our WaterGuard French Drain System. WaterGuard is installed underneath the floor slab, on top of the foundation footing to prevent the system from clogging. This system will collect water flowing into the basement and direct it to the sump pump where it will be pumped away from the basement.

The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier that our crew also installed for this home to prevent any water leaking in through the walls from making its way into the space. Instead, this leaking water will now be redirected into our WaterGuard drains, eventually finding its way to the new sump pump.
