When this homeowner was considering his basement remodeling, he knew that his sump pump needed attention first. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a new sump pump and provided him options for finishing his basement walls. EverLast wall panels were installed which are completely waterproof, will never grow mold, and finish this basment with a clean, fresh look!

Greg Louis, Basement Design Specialist, proposed installation of the ultra-efficient Sedona Air System to remove moisture from the air and blow out a dry air into the space. This system was designed to keep the humidity levels below 50%, reducing the chance for mold to grow.  Additionally, a TripleSafe sump pump was proposed for installation as it includes an efficient primary pump, a back-up pump (in case the first one fails or if there is a need for extra pumping power), and a third battery-operated pump (designed to kick in if the power goes out). The peeling, flaky basement walls were covered over by SilverGlo walling to provide insulation and a cleaner finish. Foreman Mario Barron and his crew installed the products...and peace of mind for the customer!

These basement walls in South Orange, NJ are now protected from moisture with our CleanSpace system.

Quality 1st Basement Systems inspected this wet basement and determined that water was leaking in due to a lack of sump pump and through the concrete walls. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a Triple Safe sump pump which pumps the water out of the basement keeping the basement dry. A CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed around the perimeter of the basement to stop water from coming in through the basement walls. This basement is now dry!
