The Quality 1st Basement Systems crew installed the CleanSpace Wall liner to waterproof this basement. CleanSpace is a durable plastic liner. It provides a vapor barrier, protecting the basement from water damage or mold growth, and brightens the look of any basement!

Michael contacted Quality 1st Basements when decided enough was enough with his crawl space. He wanted to complete encapsulation to prevent water and moisture from coming in and prevent pests and mold. Our Team lead by Foreman, Victor Leon, installed SilverGlo, our Heat Barrier, along the walls and around the rim joist to prevent pipes from freezing and that cold winter air from getting inside. Our Vapor Barrier, CleanSpace liner was installed on the floor and walls over the SilverGlo to completely encapsulate the crawl space. Laszlo also recommended our Sedona Dehumidifier System to prevent musty odors and moisture in the summer!
