A Jackson, NJ homeowner noticed that her patio concrete had settled about 2-3 inches. The homeowner considered mudjacking but did not want to leave the patio full of holes. Our Polylevel foam lifted and leveled the patio concrete with minimal disruption to the concrete and has a fast curing time so concrete can be walked on within minutes. 

The air in this Jackson, NJ basement was extremely humid due to the moisture being held in the poured concrete walls. The heavy rains had saturated the surrounding soils and the water had nowhere to go, causing it to seep into the foundation. The basement was already equipped with a sump pump and dehumidifier but the dehumidifer was not strong enough to eliminate water that was being stored in the walls. Our team installed CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier to create a brighter, cleaner appearance in the basement while holding back the water vapor passing through the walls and directing it towards the existing french drain. Additionally, we installed the SaniDry XP Dehumidifier to make the air in the basement drier and healthier! 

This homeowner was worried about her front walkway becoming dangerous for visitors. She contacted Quality 1st for a free estimate to see if she could raise her concrete instead of replacing it. One of our specialists, Andy G., headed out to the home to inspect the area. He provided the homeowner with a full written proposal at the time of the inspection. Thrilled that she no longer had to deal with the headache of replacing her concrete, the customer decided that PolyLevel was the perfect solution. Nick and Sherman from our PolyLevel Team, were able to lift and level the concrete. Once the concrete was level, they sealed the joints with NexusPro Joint Sealant. The walkway was good as new and could be walked on within minutes of the installation!
