This customer was in the process of renovating their Philly home and was looking to add an Egress in their basement. An egress is not only a way to safely exit the basement in case of an emergency, but Egress windows also allow in a lot of natural lighting. 

At this Philadelphia home, the owner was getting a floor dip on the first floor and found a movable joist in the basement. We installed our SmartJack support columns where the floor dips and we also installed new joists alongside the existing old joists.
