This homeowner in Whitestone, New York noticed their driveway was sinking and causing them to trip and injure themselves. A driveway should provide safety, not dangerous tripping hazards! They called Quality 1st Basement Systems and we repaired the issue with our PolyLevel Injections. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that is injected directly underneath the slab. PolyLevel has expanding properties that allow the concrete to be brought to a raised position. When the job was complete, the homeowner was happy to see their driveway was raised and level. 

This concrete patio area in front of this New York home was sinking and settling. The homeowner did not want to replace the front patio area for the replacement process was costly and time consuming. They wanted an immediate fix to this concrete area. 

System Design Specialist, Jay H., did a full inspection, took measurements and provided her with a free estimate for a permanent solution, PolyLevel. PolyLevel is injected underneath the slab to raise it back to level. Once leveled, the foam hardens to prevent future settlement.
