I was so grateful when it was arranged to come and do our work on March 11. I knew early on that when the snow started to melt, we would be in trouble again. Then it started raining. We were bailing water night and day for over a week. Then Wednesday when it started raining heavier, Russ was emptying 12 gallons every 45 minutes from the shop vac... I don't know what we could have done if you had not come. When I came upstairs Thursday morning (the 11th), it was snowing very hard. When the phone rang... I cannot tell you my relief when Mel said "we are on the way". It was like 1200 pounds had been lifted off my shoulders. I was never so happy to see anyone when they arrived. My HEROES. That night we went to bed and rested peacefully for the first time in over a week. We were like giddy, silly kids feeling so liberated. I cannot thank you enough for working with us. So far, everything is looking good. Water continued to run down the wall for several days. I could not see it today. We need to do a lot of work on the outside if it ever dries out enough to do so.

Deon's presentation was very thorough and professionally done. He took the time to do it right. I was impressed with your ability to place a pier in a tight space without having to make a hole in my floor. I was also impressed with your willingness to price match other bids and consider other discounts. 

I give Thrasher a 10/10! The crew was so fantastic. I can't adequately express how impressed I was with Jose and his crew. They went above and beyond. 

Adding in the extra waterproofing took care of my issue. It has helped immensely knowing that when I heard about rain in Omaha, I don't have to drive over every time and see if I got water in. 

On June 3, your company installed WaterGuard and FloodRail in our basement and in a previous letter we mentioned how pleased we were with Mel Martinez and his crew who did the installation. Today, System Design Specialist, Tom Bilyeu, came to inspect our basement and to see if we were satisfied with our system. In our letter dated June 3, we neglected to mention Tom and his expertise in designing the system that would work best for our basement. Following his initial consultation and estimate, we called Tom to discuss some concerns we had and he made a second trip to our home to do some re-designing. All in all, we can't say enough about the excellent quality and care your company puts into providing top products and customer service!
