Office staff was excellent and helpful. The representative was thoughtful and professional. I was happy from start to finish.

Our neighbor had put in a waterproofing system next door to us. He allowed us to take a look at the finished product, and we were very impressed. When we called to set up an appointment the customer service representative was very helpful in setting up a time for an inspector to come out to our home. And the inspector did an excellent job explaining all that would need to be done to resolve our issues. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone having issues with their home.

I had made several calls into Thrasher Foundation Repair and the phone was answered every time and I received an answer to my questions very quickly! The System Designer, the foreman, Santos and the crew explained everything, there were no surprises. The crew worked very hard! I have had several construction projects in the past and by far theirs was the most painless - Santos is a great asset to your company.

I am happy with the cement job that was done at my home, it turned out very smooth and to expectations. The cleanup was excellent and I had no complaints after the work was complete. Everyone on the crew was very pleasant and clean.  The did a great job on explaining the work that had been done, as well as the additional work that was being added. At the present time I do not know of anyone who I could refer, but in the future, I would be more than happy to spread the word on this company.  Great Job!
