Mel and his crew were wonderful.  They were professional, courteous, and extremely efficient.  The crew arrived at my home on time.  The basement repair was a dirty job, but they protected my home and there was very little clean up after they left.  Mel communicated everything that would be done and answered all our questions throughout the day.  We feel like we received the best service possible and are very pleased with the waterproofing on our basement.  

Joel was great and answered all of my questions.  I contacted other customers of yours and they were all happy.  The crew was very clean.  Recently I had 3 inches of rain in 45 minutes and my backyard was flooded, but not a drop of water on the basement floor.  I am very impressed with your company.  I have no more stress or anxiety wondering if the basement will get wet!!

We needed to do something about water in our basement after hard rains.  I contacted local people to see if they did this kind of work and no one did.  I did a Google search and found Thrasher's.  We were extremely pleased with the individuals from your company.  From the first person I spoke to on the phone, to Cole, who came out and did an analysis of the work to be completed, to the workers that completed the work.  All were very friendly, personable and professional.

I just wanted to let you know how much I liked working with Jeremy (sales rep). He explained everything very throughly, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeble about the whole process.  He was just a super guy to work with. My bid was actually lower than what I had anticipated. There is no question that I will contact Thrasher when I am ready to get the work done.

We were very impressed with our introductory visit from Kate Spielman. She did a thorough job of answering questions, explaining what was necessary to solve our problem, and providing a quote. We received explicit instructions on what our responsibilities were prior to installation which made it easy to get ready. On the day of the installation, your crew was punctual, worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Each person that we dealt with throughout the entire process - the receptionist, the sales representative, the crew chief and each of the crew members - was friendly and professional.

Ms. Spielman was prompt, courteous, and very professional.  The crew leader answered our questions and explained the system thoroughly.
