The initial contact I had was a call to set up an estimate and that and also the follow up calls were all helpful, very professional and never a nuisance. The rep was on time in spite of having to navigate around the flooded areas.  The estimate was to close to what I thought and the rep gave us an accurate assessment of the situation.  We are trying to sell our house and if we have the project done for a prospective buyer or need to do it in order to sell it we will have Thrasher do the project.  We have the utmost confidence and have seen their work over the years.

The entire experience was handled very professionally by Thrasher, from rep. Mike H. to the installation team of Juan M., not to forget the customer services rep. at the home office.
