We selected Thrasher because they sounded like a reliable company to fix the problem, and we liked the 35 year guarantee.  The crew was done in about four hours and knew what to do.  The crew leader explained what they were going to do, and when the job was finished, showed me exactly what they had done.  I think you have excellent employees who are very well trained in what to do.  The crew cleaned up the mess very well, and covered everything with plastic.

Had a great meeting today with CJ from Thrasher.  He called twice to touch base before the meeting, arrived on time, was very clear on everything he was doing, and very kind towards my dad.  Gave my dad his cell for him to text him some questions, which is his only way to communicate anymore so that’s awesome.  Just wanted to let you know.

We would recommend Thrasher due to the sales rep-knowledgable and courteous and answered all questions and concerns.  The crew ensured all areas were kept clean-including taping off of the area and covering of the carpet.

Our basement was in a very poor condition. Our home is 80 years old and at the top of a hill, and water started seeping in years ago. We had a system installed by another company that never worked well. We tried Thrasher.  Excellent and efficient service. I probably don't write to thank and congratulate businesses as often as I express my concerns, but I really wanted to compliment your organization.  I had 3 companies come and do an estimate.  Your representative, Tom, was on time and professionally dressed.  This was in stark contrast to the other two firms. As a business executive, I know that these things don't happen by accident, and so right away I was pre-sold to use your firm- even if it was going to cost me a little more.  After quickly surveying the problem, Tom told me that the best and most permanent solution was to move my retaining wall away from the foundation and wood siding.  This solution made more sense to me than those recommended by the other companies, and Tom was happy to offer the solution despite knowing it would mean no work for Thrasher.  To me, that is the sign of a great company- employees that are empowered and a corporate set of values.  So, where does that leave me and Thrasher?  Well, first, if I ever do have a real basement and/or water problem, I will not hesitate to contact you.  Second, I'll tell my friends and colleagues about my positive experience.  Thanks!
