The whole process was explained in detail and in advance. Nothing was done without explaining each step as the job progressed. The installers were exceptionally courteous and neat. I have never seen a better cleanup.  My son will be moving in a month; he and I will have a discussion about your services before he moves in.

(sales rep) was very professional performing the estimate, good follow up with questions.  Installation crew was very respectful of our home, clean up was phenominal, Jason (crew foreman) explained what they were doing each step of the way-contacted me before proceeding-if there was an issue.  Jason also followed up with the electrician the next day as well.
