Garage and Driveway Concrete Lift

This homeowner was annoyed with the area where her garage meets her driveway. This is a very common place you can see concrete sinking. But luckily, it's an easy fix! We were able to drill pea-size holes and inject PolyLevel beneath the slab to lift and level the driveway back to its original position.

Wall Failure in Arlington, NE Repaired with Geo-Lock Anchors

Marvin and Mary C. were tired of always having water intrusion in their basement. They had spent a significant amount of time getting this fixed, but no solution had worked. They wanted a permanent solution that would last, as previous customers Marvin and Mary, decided to call Thrasher.

We sent System Design Specialist Brandon Brown out to their home. He has able to see that there was extreme cracking and wall failure with over 3 inches of deflection in the middle of one of the walls. Hydrostatic pressure and expensive soil had caused a freeze line crack. The crew installed Geo-Lock anchors to stabilize the walls. Marvin and Mary were thrilled to know their walls would be stable now and appreciated the work the crew put into installed the Geo-Lock Anchors.

Concrete in Valley, NE Looks Like New Again

For over a year Mike A. noticed that certain areas of his concrete have settled. This raised a big concern for him on safety of the concrete.  He wanted fix and a solution that would also prevent the rest of the concrete from settling. After hearing about our process, he decided to give us a call.

System Design Specialist Ross Fuhr went out to the home. He was able to identify that the front step and two slabs on the driveway had raised a big concern. To lift the concrete, we used PolyLevel and raised the concrete back up. Then we applied NexusPro Joint Sealant to close up the joints and prevent any water from entering again. Mike was impressed with how well the concrete looked!

Wall Support in Orange City, IA

The homeowner's walls were deflecting inward and were in stage 2 wall failure. We were able to fix the problem of falling foundation walls by using Power Brace and Carbon Armor. We used this combination to keep as much space as possible to allow the basement to be finished.

They had us back out to support another wall after we were finished because of the work we did on the first wall.

Historic Home in Coffeyville, KS has Sagging Floors Repaired

JD & Krista H. live in a historic home and were growing tired of home their dining room floors always bounce. When anybody would walk through the dining room, the bouncing floors would cause their china cabinets to rattle. JD & Krista were worried about the problem getting worse overtime and wanted to preserve their home.

We sent System Design Specialist, Sean Robinson out their home. The existing brick column floor supports, and load-bearing walls were settling due to the high moisture in the basement and water would always come up through the brick floor. This would cause the floors to bounce and sag.

The team SmartJack XTs and supplemental beams to support the floors above. We also installed a TripleSafe, lateral lines and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This solution will help control water and protect the new floor supports from settling. Once the project was completed JD and Krista were not only impressed with the work that was done but the clean-up done by the crew.
