The homeowner had water coming into their basement, which was used as a family room. This was coming in through cracks in their foundation walls.

We used anchors to stabilize the affected walls and WaterGuard with full height CleanSpace to protect their basement from ever getting wet again.

Homeowner Joseph has been concerned about the foundation under his front porch. They had a large crack that allowed water to come in. Joseph was told by other contractors that the only solution was to demolish the space and rebuild, which was costly.

We sent System Design Specialist, Rob, to the home to provide a free on-the-spot estimate.  We determined that a better, less expensive solution was to waterproof the area with our Water Guard drainage system and install Power Braces to prevent further damage to the walls.  WaterGuard is an innovative drainage system that is designed to solve water problems without clogging from the soils underneath. It’s a permanent solution that’s guaranteed to keep the basement dry year-round.

Homeowner Jeff wanted to find a home in this community and knew that it would need some improvements.  He wanted to start by stabilizing and protecting the homes foundation .

System Design Specialist Shane McClintic visited the home to provide a same day free estimate.  We installed Waterguard to protect the home from water in the basement with Cleanspace around the perimeter for maximum protection.  We added a Triplesafe sump pump that eliminates worry even when the power goes out and installed Powerbraces on each wall to permanently stabilize them.

Joyce just finished her basement in Adair, IA, and wanted to reduce the musty smell in her basement.  She decided to give Thrasher Foundation Repair a call because she didn’t want the smell to affect the basement and ruin any work. During the inspection Service Technician, Brandon Rost recommended a new SaniDry Dehumidifier, the old one was low on freon and kept icing up. Once the new dehumidifier was installed the humidity level was able to be controlled. 

The customer had a dirt floor in their crawlspace and wanted to get it covered. They contacted us after seeing our ads on TV. We came out and gave her an estimate on a full cralwspace encapsulation. We then went back out and installed our cleanspace to cover the dirt floor.
