This homeowner noticed that her foundation wall was starting to get pushed inwards. Soon after, she noticed that grass and weeds were growing non stop in the joints of her concrete on her driveway. She wanted these problems to stop, and since she had used our services before, she gave us another call.

We sent Service Technician Austin Dermody to inspect the source of the foundation wall falling and come up with a solution to fix both of the homeowner's problems. Austin found that street creep was causing the concrete in the garage to grow into the foundation wall next to it. There were also voids underneath the concrete which were causing them to crack. Austin knew just what to do to fix this problem, so he started right away and he utilized PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the concrete, in addition to installing Compression Guard Expansion Joint to stop the street creep which caused the concrete to grow initially.

This homeowner was concerned about the tripping hazards she had on her front sidewalk. She already had her sidewalk mudjacked, however it was sinking again. She saw that we offered a different solution for concrete lifting, so she gave us a call. We sent System Design Specialist Cody Shipley to inspect where the mudjacking had gone wrong, and to determine where the crew should begin the concrete lifting. Cody explained to the homeowner that mudjacking did not work because it dries out, then will wash out just like soil does in the first place. Our team then went and injected PolyLevel foam under the concrete slab to lift and level the concrete. After this, the team used NexusPro joint sealant to seal the concrete's joints. Robert L. is a proud homeowner in Waynesville, MO and wasn’t content with the appearance of the concrete around his property. The walkway leading to the front door wasn’t sealed properly, the front stoop had multiple cracks, and the driveway had large voids from the concrete settling. To begin the project, System Design Specialist Miles Bearden arrived in Waynesville, MO to undergo a full inspection of the surrounding concrete. The customer opted to have us install our 2-part concrete protection system that consists of our PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealer. PolyLevel is installed first by injecting it underneath the concrete to fill the voids and level-out the surface. NexusPro is then applied to all cracks and control joints to permanently prevent any water from entering and causing further damage.

Robert was pleased with the outcome of the project and gave Thrasher a five-star review. He was thrilled to have his concrete looking flush and protected in order to stand the test of time.

This homeowner wanted to level and seal up all of his concrete. There was settlement occurring because water was washing out the soil underneath it. He called Thrasher Foundation Repair for a free inspection to see how we could help. After inspecting it, we reviewed how we could raise his concrete back into place. With Polylevel, our expanding foam, we lifted the slab back into place and ensured no more dirt will be washed away from under the slab. Nexuspro is our caulking and was installed between the cracks and joints to prevent any more water damage under the slab. We were able to get the slab all the way level and back to safe and daily use!
