This customer had exposed joints in their driveway leaving their concrete vulnerable and causing concern for damage in the future. This patio had settled several inches and became a huge tripping hazard for this family. Our team was able to lift it back to its original position using PolyLevel and then fill in the cracks with NexusPro Joint Sealant. No more tripping hazards and a good-looking patio, if we do say so ourselves!

This homeowner didn't want to worry about this tripping hazard if they ever decide to sell. When we inspected, we found that the soil underneath the concrete had settled due to water eroding it, plus extreme dryness shrinking the soil. To fix the problem, we used PolyLevel foam to lift and stabilize the concrete pads, then use NexusPro caulking to seal the joints and prevent further water from seeping through.

This customer lives in a duplex and was worried the shared wall was going to fall over. When we went to inspect, we found that the center footing of the duplex was settling. To fix this issue, we installed Push Piers to lift the home back and permanently stabilize on stronger soil.
