Homeowner Ken H. was struggling with this side patio on his home. There was major settlement occurring in 2 spots and it was affecting the space. He has been redoing his home and was ready to fix the concrete. Looking for a concrete repair solution, he decided to call Thrasher.
We sent System Design Specialist Sam Frei out to Ken’s home. Upon inspection Sam was able to see that the patio was settling in two different ways, away from the home and down the middle, which caused a crack to appear. We were able to repair the concrete by lifting the concrete with PolyLevel. Then we repaired the cracks and sealed the joint with NexusPro Joint Sealant. Ken was happy with the final look of the concrete and excited to be able to use the space again!
This homeowner was concerned about the sinking concrete slabs on his sidewalk and driveway. Sinking concrete can create tripping hazards which can be very dangerous. We lifted and stabilized these slabs with PolyLevel, an expanding foam that is injected under the slab. We then filled the joints with NexusPro sealant.
The stairs going up to this Lincoln, NE home have sunken about an inch. To lift them back to their original position, our crew used PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that is injected into concrete and expands to lift the slab up. We then caulked all of the cracks with NexusPro.
Look at the difference in this sidewalk! This concrete sidewalk was unlevel and cracking, which can be a potentially dangerous situation. Our team lifted and stabilized the concrete slabs with PolyLevel polyurethane foam and then sealed the joints with NexusPro. Nexuspro is a silicone-based sealant that is long-lasting and durable!
This couple just moved into their forever home that is close to their grandkids. They're concerned about some settling that happening in their driveway and sidewalk. They also want to avoid the cost of replacing all of the concrete. So we suggested a lift and level of the concrete using PolyLevel, and that's exactly what we did! And we finished the job by caulking the cracks with NexusPro.
