I first heard of Northland Basement Systems after receiving a post card from them in the mail. The office staff was very courteous and helpful, as well as our representative Dennis who did a great job explaining everything. The crew arrived on time and started immediately. They were very courteous and cleaned up before leaving. There was a pinhole leak in the dry-trac after job completed, and Tim repaired it as soon as he was notified. He did a wonderful job of explaining and I am very impressed with his professional manner. 

My experience with the crew at Northland Basement Systems was great! They were very accommodating and flexible to our needs, and the work was completed in a timely fashion. They took the time to explain how the project would be done, how long, and what needed to be done on completion. The prep and clean up was great! Very good project, the office was helpful, and the crew was very professional.

Pre and post calls were appreciated. Representative was Excellent! Very Professional + knowledgable. Reasonable price and was able to see exactly what would be done by the package of materials sent out prior to inspection. The crew leader even called from 25 miles away to alert me. Office staff was very nice.  Crew arrived on time, walked me through the job and got to work.  Very good workers, didnt stop till the job was complete.
