This homeowner reached out after discovering some leaks while in their attic. The home had two layers of shingles on it already. Our crew stripped the roof down to the decking, and inspected the entire home for signs of water damage and mold. They then used deck tape on all seams, and installed ice & water guard on the entire home. Lastly, they installed Granite Black shingles and installed a new ridge-vent on the home, leaving it protected and ready to face every season here in the Berkshires for years to come!
