These joints on this driveway were left exposed and vulnerable to potential water damage and other chemicals which could cause settling concrete and other foundational issues around the house. Our team used NexusPro joint sealant to seal and protect the concrete helping it keep that new look for years to come!

This homeowner was concerned because his pool deck was sinking. He knew that we offered services to fix this problem in his area, so he gave us a call. We sent System Design Specialist Brandon Cunningham to inspect the pool deck and determine what was causing this problem as well as determine what solutions our team could offer to fix it. Brandon found that the soil underneath the pool deck was poorly compacted, so the soil had washed out then dried up overtime. After his inspection, he discussed with the homeowner the solutions we could offer, and the homeowner was very excited to have this problem fixed. One of our installation teams went our to this home and utilized PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the pool deck. In Bondurant, IA, Joshua R. became more and more concerned with the settling of the concrete in his driveway. The settled areas had created tripping hazards for his children, and before they could become any worse, he gave Midwest Foundation Repair a call to provide a permanent solution. 

Our System Design Specialist, Luke Miller arrived at the home in Bondurant, Iowa and inspected the broken driveway. Joshua opted to have our crews install our 2-part concrete protection system to restore this driveway and bring him peace of mind. The project began by installing our PolyLevel foam underneath the slabs to permanently lift and level them. Our NexusPro sealer was then applied to all cracks and control joints to prevent water infiltration in the future.

We met with a family in Pleasant Hill that was concerned with unlevel concrete in their driveway. They didn't want anybody to trip over it. Our System Design Specialist went out to the home and gave them a free quote. They decided to go through with the work and we made an appointment to come out and fix their driveway.

When our production team got to their home, we began the process of fixing their driveway by first drilling a tiny hole where the high density polymer would be injected. This high density polymer, PolyLevel, is what is used to raise the slabs. The outcome was great; their driveway is now level!

This homeowner was getting his house ready for the future. He wants to sell it in a few years, so he wanted to fix his concrete now. We fixed the driveway using used Polyfoam and NexusPro to lift the driveway and seal the control joints to prevent future damage. We also stabilized the sun porch by using piers and smart jacks. Now, the house is in great shape for years to come.
