Did you know that sinking concrete on your property can cause serious injuries and drainage problems? Because of that, the customer called us. To fix it, we used Polylevel Foam under the concrete to level it. The homeowners will be able to rest easy knowing their walkways are fixed!
Michelle recently worked with another company and replaced the concrete on her driveway and front entrance walkway. And to get it fixed, she called Midwest. We were able to get out on site, inspect her concrete, and then start leveling. We lifted the area and stabilized the rest of the walkway with PolyLevel. And then, we sealed all cracks and joints with NexusPro.
The result made it look good as new. And the homeowners were very pleased we had a solution to their frustrating problem!
This homeowner had a large void in his walkway, allowing his concrete to sink. This made it difficult for his family and visitors to use the front entrance, worrying they would trip. He called Midwest for a free inspection to see how we could help. After inspecting it, we reviewed how we could raise his concrete back into place. With Polylevel, our expanding foam, we lifted the slab back into place and ensured no more dirt will be washed away from under the slab. Nexuspro is our caulking and was installed between the cracks and joints to prevent any more water damage under the slab. We were able to get the slab all the way level and back to safe and daily use!
This homeowner was dealing with a sunken garage slab, developed by voids and full of cracks. Thankfully, they turned to us once again, having experienced our exceptional service in the past and feeling comfortable entrusting us with their project.
To tackle the problem, our team used a combination of advanced techniques, including PolyLevel, NexusPro, and CompressionGuard. With our PolyLevel technology, we were able to lift and level the sunken slab, eliminating any dangerous voids. To ensure long-lasting durability, we utilized NexusPro, a superior joint sealant that seals cracks and prevents water from penetrating the slab. Finally, our installation of CompressionGuard will help to protect the slab against future settling.
Kyle kept tripping on his walkway and driveway. Plus running a snowplow over settled concrete was the worst. So he contacted Midwest and liked our solution. Todd King, our System Design Specialist, went out to Kyle's home to see how we could help.
A few of Kyle's slabs had a lot of voids underneath the concrete, which is what made them sink. His sidewalk was also experiencing settled slabs due to the soil around it.
To fix this, we used our Concrete Protection System 3. This involves lifting the areas that had fallen with PolyLevel, sealing all the joints and cracks with NexusPro, and then we applied SealantPro to the entire area to prolong the concrete's life and keep water and chemicals from penetrating the concrete.
Kyle was so happy with the final result and best of all, no more tripping hazards!
