Once one was located, I reviewed references and reviews at various agencies, i.e. BBB, Angie's List, etc.

Josh had excellent business manners.  The two reasons I went with MidAmerica was because of their professional presentatino and their reputation.  You have a lot of great feedback about your company.  The unit owners in both 15 and 16 were very pleased with the quality of work and clean-up.
