As far as the clean-up goes, we couldn't even tell they were there.

The office staff was great, they were able to set the appointment up right away and within a week the Design Specialist was able to look at my crawlspace.  I really like the fact that we received a follow-up call to make sure our appointment worked and to let us know what we needed to do before the installation crew got there.

The office staff was very friendly when it came to setting my appointments and they even called to remind me about them.  Mark was very thoughtful in explaining our options.  He wasn't pushy at all which was also very nice.  The installation crew was very courteous and was actually able to move up my appointment by an entire month.  Everyone at MidAmerica Basement Systems was great!

Everyone did a great job! My best friend said you did a great job with her place as well. The crew was very clean and courteous. They were a little late, but they called to let me know and it was much appreciated. 

Our Design Specialist explained things very well. Was very professional. Justin Bailey was very good at handling his crew. They all knew exactly what they were doing and came in and got right to work and worked all day.  They left the basement cleaner than when it began.  We chose your company after seeing Your ads on Television. Chris went the extra mile to make sure that things were put back the way they were when he got there. Cleaned up his mess. He is polite and conscientious toward the home owner especially since he had an emergency call in the middle of the day. Has excellent communication skills with the homeowner, home owner felt like she knew what was going on and why, he listened.
