The water will no longer seep though the water and floor thanks to the new TripleSafe pumping system.
This Monmouth home was accustomed to flooding, especially during rain. Now, the homeowners in Monmouth, IL now have a dry basement thanks to our WaterGuard system.
For years Kathy let her basement leak, not causing any issues, or at least she thought. Over time, mold and mildew had grown due to improper treatments to the seeping water. She finally decided it was time to fix the basement and reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems. CleanSpace Wall was offered to reduce the moisture levels from the seeping walls and to help prevent future mold growth. WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the basement to collect and redirect the seeping water, and a TripleSafe was installed to properly discharge the water out of the basement. With a dry basement, Kathy no longer worries about seeping water or mold growth.
Mark and Sandy were furious when they went down in their basement to find that their sump pump had quit working, causing the area to flood. They called MidAmerica Basement Systems to have their pump inspected. During the evaluation, it was noted that large amounts of water seepage would come into the home. This would make the pump over whelmed, causing it to fail and flood the basement. It was suggested that they installed a TripleSafe sump. A TripleSafe offers two primary pumps, making sure that the amount of water that seeps into the home is properly accommodated.
Grant and Andrea were having issues with a leaking basement and they have an existing sump pump. They contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to have their sump pump inspected. Cole had mentioned that the reason their basement was still becoming wet was due to the sump not being able to handle the amount of water that enters the basement. He suggested having a TripleSafe sump in addition to help aid the existing sump and adding WaterGuard around the perimeter to help redirect water that tries surfacing or seeping in through the foundation.
