Betheny and Gary M. reported to MidAmerica Basement Systems that following heavy rainfall, the floor and wall joints would leak water into the basement space. They already had a good sump pump, but they knew they needed more.

Design specialist Clayton Spinler recommended full perimeter, patented, sub-floor drainage system, WaterGuard. Now water intrusion is no longer an issue for Betheny and Gary.

Karen and Kevin J. of Clinton, IA contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems because they had water coming in through the floor and wall joints of their home. After they had the patented sub-floor drainage system, WaterGuard installed, along with a new sump pump by foreman Kyle McCarty and his team, foreman Bill Wilcox and his team installed the beautiful EverLast Wall Restoration Panels. The basement looks amazing!

Lois had previous water damage to her newly installed insulation to her basement. She did not realize she needed a waterproof system until it was too late, and quickly made a call to MidAmerica Basement Systems. A TripleSafe and WaterGuard were installed to collect and discharge any future water intrusion, and a SaniDry XP was installed to keep the air dry and free of moisture. Basement to Beautiful Insulated Wall Panels were installed to provide the proper insulation for a basement. The panels provide a waterproof barrier that will never ruin from moisture or water and have a 24% more energy savings result than normal insulation.

Lora was experiencing high humidity levels in her basement and contacted the experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems. She explained to Joe that she wanted to someday finish her basement but knew that if there was a moisture issue, she would only be wasting her money. After inspecting her situation, Joe offered her a TripleSafe, WaterGuard, and CleanSpace system. CleanSpace Liner was installed along the walls to help reduce the humidity levels. CleanSpace is a moisture barrier, and also helps guide any moisture to the WaterGuard system. WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the basement to collect any seeping water and redirect it to the TripleSafe. Lora now has a basement that is waterproofed and lowered humidity, and suitable for basement finishing.

Marsha had reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to help her waterproof the basement and take care of some damaged walls. She had water coming into the basement towards the bottom of the walls and near the floor.  We installed WaterGuard around the perimeter and EverLast Finished Wall Restoration as a solution. By removing just the bottom of the walls (getting rid of the damaged, smelly part) we can save the undamaged upper part. Everlast Finished Wall Restoration System uses inorganic materials that won’t be damaged easily by water and moisture, which will help prevent mold growth.
