Cathy has always been a loyal customer when it comes to her basement waterproofing concerns. She reached out in hopes they could figure out her issue and properly address it. During inspection it was noted that small amounts of water was seeping in through the walls and floor joints and offered her CleanSpace Wall and WaterGuard. CleanSpace acts as a vapor barrier helping reduce the moisture levels. WaterGuard helps collect the seeping water and redirect it to the sump pump, stopping the water from surfacing. The team waterproofed the basement by installing WaterGuard and a SuperSump Pump. The team installed CarbonArmor to permanently stabilize the bowing walls.
