Our System Design Specialist, Chris Hebbel, arrived on-site to inspect the uneven concrete and design a permanent stabilization and leveling plan.

As you can see, our powerhouse production crew, led by Foreman Ricky and Jaylen, got right to work with our trusty duo: PolyLevel® and NexusPro®. Jennifer was very upset that her sidewalk had sunken 2 inches from her porch when her home was recently new. She searched for solutions to her problem and found MidAmerica Basement Systems’ PolyLevel solution. During her inspection, Mac had diagnosed how the issue had become apparent so quickly. A downspout was placed right next to the sidewalk, and was causing washouts, leaving large voids for the concrete to sink in. The Resurrection Garden Mausoleum of Mount Calvary Cemetery was built in the 1960’s offering a place to lay rest loved ones. Over the years, the settlement of the ground and rain water, have caused the walkways of the area to sink and settle. The was posing tripping hazards to those who visited their loved ones.
