To finish the job, they applied NexusPro to seamlessly seal the cracks. Thanks to its unrivaled flexible bonding, rainwater now gets a polite but firm “no entry” sign.

Don was having issues with a section of his concrete patio sinking down towards his home’s foundation. When it rained water would pool, and eventually drain towards the foundation, posing threat to a leaking basement. He quickly reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have PolyLevel injected. During evaluation, the sloping section had measured at a large 2 inch drop. Crewmen Richard and David got to work to lift the sloping concrete patio with ease. The effectiveness of PolyLevel allowed for appropriate lifting in quick time, with effective stabilizing results. The once large, 2 inch drop is now level with the rest of the patio. NexusPro Joint Sealant was than applied along the crack between the patio and home’s foundation to divert any future water away from the foundation, protecting it from washing out the ground from under the slab, and helping prevent future basement leaks.

Doug and Jane contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems when they were having issues with their concert driveway sinking and cracking. Since 2012 their driveway has been getting worse. They once got advice about mud jacking but they were not impressed by the face that this was not a permanent solution. PolyLevel can be used to be used lift and level sidewalks and driveways. PolyLevel was offered to lift and level his concrete, eliminating the large drop and tripping hazards found on the property. PolyLevel is a polymer foam that is injected under the concrete, filling in voids, and lifting the slabs back to a level and stable state. After the PolyLevel was injected, all tripping hazards were gone, and the drop found by the garage door had been reduced to less than an inch.
