Jennifer was very upset that her sidewalk had sunken 2 inches from her porch when her home was recently new. A downspout was placed right next to the sidewalk, and was causing washouts, leaving large voids for the concrete to sink in. PolyLevel was injected under the concrete to fill the void, made of a waterproof material, and lift the slab back to its original position. PolyLevel helped close the 2-inch gap between the sidewalk and porch, leaving it looking the same as it did when it was first poured. It was also suggested that installing a new downspout line away from the concrete to prevent future washouts elsewhere.
